About Oleche Advocates
A new generation boutique law firm built at the intersection of law, technology, and relentless client advocacy.
To deliver efficient, transparent, and client-focused solutions powered by technology.
We believe legal services must evolve as fast as the world they serve. That conviction is baked into everything we do - from how we structure our fees to how we communicate with clients and how we stay ahead of regulatory change.
Advocacy
Fierce, principled representation for every client, every time.
Integrity
Transparent fees, honest timelines, and no hidden agendas.
Results
Measured by outcomes that genuinely move the needle for our clients.
Born from a Vision of Modern Law
Oleche Advocates was established with a clear-eyed view of where Kenya's legal profession was heading - and where it needed to go. As Nairobi emerged as a hub for fintech innovation, digital commerce, and East African capital markets, the gap between traditional legal practice and the needs of modern clients became impossible to ignore.
Our founders - practitioners with deep roots in both conventional commercial law and emerging technology sectors - set out to build something different: a boutique firm that could combine the intellectual rigor of a large practice with the speed, accessibility, and personal attention that high-stakes clients actually need.
Today, Oleche Advocates operates from our offices at Kingston Residences on Ngong Road, serving a diverse clientele that spans fintech startups, blockchain ventures, property developers, athletes, media companies, and multinational enterprises with operations in Kenya and across East Africa.
Regulated Excellence
Fully regulated by the Law Society of Kenya. Every advocate on our team is admitted to the Roll of Advocates and holds current practicing certificates.
Digital-First Practice
We use secure cloud-based case management, e-signature workflows, and real-time client portals so you always know where your matter stands.
Community Commitment
We dedicate a portion of our capacity to pro bono work, focusing on digital rights advocacy and supporting early-stage Kenyan entrepreneurs.
